New features:

Call

• A new call type to detect False Answer Supervision (FAS) and/or detect one-way transmission during one single call.
• The call has only to be connected in few seconds to reduce cost of test calls and reduce time to complete test.
• Inline Systems can now offer a powerful directory service, a list with test numbers all over the world for this type of testing.

Search

• A new powerful search screen to find call records in the call log.
• The user can customize the columns to be viewed.
• All data about a call can be easily shown in one window and the recorded voice can also be play backed from this window.
• All settings retains between sessions for each user session.

Fax

• In addition to the existing fax handshake functionality, a full fax transmission can now be performed.
• One or several pages can be sent.
• A fax completion cause code about the result of the fax transmission is stored in the DB for later reporting.
• Supporting up to V34 33.6kbps fax speeds.

Network Operator Center Screen (NOC Screen)

• NOC screen for monitoring quality on destinations against predefined thresholds.
• Templates for setting of thresholds values.
• Connection of thresholds to destinations for NOC screen monitoring.

Master Destinations

• Phonebook is renamed to Master Destinations.
• A new feature allows customers to group destinations in domains. As an example the operator can then create a TOP 20 destinations domain.
• Edit of phone number and selection of threshold from the list view.
• Sort on individual columns in list view.

Jobs

• Improved layout and functionality when selecting destinations to a job.

Reports

• Improved layout when editing a report.
• Improved Excel format.

Miscellaneous

• Sort order in Master Destinations retains between sessions for each user.
• Size of left tree pane retains between sessions for each user.
