Inline Systems develops and markets the Telemanagement platform, a Quality of Service (QoS) solution for Telcos. It is a set of tools enabling telecom operators to improve efficiency of operations, and in turn provide improved services to their customers. At the helpdesk, telcos get the benefit of quick trouble shooting, and in the commercial department, better routing decisions can be made. The Inline Telemanagement platform is an umbrella of Inline Systems' product range for the telecom operator's market. Inline Systems' goal is to provide tools for telcos with the best ROI and cost effectiveness. The current components of the Telemanagement system are Test Call System, Network Monitor and the Remote Protocol Monitor.

With our Inline Call Recording our enterprise customers record and trace threat calls, business calls and other calls to PBX systems. It is created for all types of business PBX systems such as Nortel, Siemens, Ericsson, Alcatel, Philips. These services are today launched in the Nordic markets.
