Manuals
Manuals are always online in our systems. On demand, a manual can be distributed electronically by email.
Response time
The response time is specified in the maintenance agreement and is associated with the severity of the problem. It is possible to request extended support hours on special occasions, i.e. platform migration.
On-site support
Inline provides on-site support on request from the customer. This would normally be in the case of additional server installation, migration of server software to new platform and similar tasks. The customer will be charged travel and accommodation and an hourly rate specified in the pricelist.
